Chromebook Checkout – Message from Mr. Fuller

Good morning Irons’ students and parents, I am sending you two Google docs forms. The first form is for checkout and the second form is an acknowledgement form you will receive when you pick up your Chromebook. You will not have to sign the acknowledgement form. The checkout form will serve as a signature as we do not want to put anyone at-risk. A parent or guardian must be present to receive a Chromebook. We will not relinquish any Chromebooks to minors or students.

The Google doc form to request a Chromebook is simple and self-explanatory. We will be distributing them next Tuesday, March 24th, from 8AM-3PM or on Thursday, March 26th, from 10AM-2PM. If you have any questions or need help once you receive your Chromebook, you can email my librarian, Shelly Lundberg, at slundberg@conroeisd.net, and she will be more than happy to accommodate you.

The expectation is that these devices will be used solely for educational purposes, no settings will be changed, and any damages incurred while in your possession will be your responsibility. If the devices are damaged while in your possession, you will be billed for the replacement cost which is described on the acknowledgement form.
